Savills Studley

Savills Studley is an American real estate company which specializes in tenant representation. Its headquarters are in New York City. It is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Savills, a British property company. It was previously known as Julien J. Studley Inc and Studley, Inc..
==History==
The company was founded in 1954 by Julien J. Studley,〔 and from its foundation represented only tenants.〔
From 1963 the company published ''The Studley Report'', a monthly survey of New York City's available office space, which helped commercial real estate agents to understand the local market.〔
In December 2002, Studley and eight partners sold a controlling interest to 40〔 or 45〔 managers and brokers within the company for about $20 million.〔 The buyout was led by Mitchell Steir, who became CEO.〔 The company changed its name to Studley, Inc. in 2003.
In 2014 the company was bought by the UK property company Savills for $280 million; the name was changed to Savills Studley.
